California Avocado Potassium Power-Up Smoothie

| 1 c. orange juice |
| 1 ripe California avocado |
| 1 ripe banana |
| 1 Tbsp. honey |
| 1 c. non-fat frozen yogurt - vanilla, orange, or peach |
Directions:
1. Combine orange juice, avocado, banana and honey in blender. Cover and blend until smooth.
2. Just before serving, add frozen yogurt; blend until thick and smooth.
