California Avocado Potassium Power-Up Smoothie

What you need:

* 1 c. orange juice
* 1 ripe California avocado
* 1 ripe banana
* 1 Tbsp. honey
* 1 c. non-fat frozen yogurt - vanilla, orange, or peach

What to do:

1. Combine orange juice, avocado, banana and honey in blender. Cover and blend until smooth.
2. Just before serving, add frozen yogurt; blend until thick and smooth.
